QUESTION 2. Are you a native-born citizen of the United States, and if so, in what State or Territory were you born? (If foreign born, or if native born and later naturalized in a foreign country, see Note 1.)
ANSWER. Yes; born in South Carolina.
QUESTION 3. Are you the same person who made Homestead Entry No. 027938, at the Roswell, New Mexico, Land Office on the 17th day of January, 1914 for the NE 1/4, Section 25, Township 13 S, Range 24 E, N M P Meridian? If not, give relationship to entryman.
ANSWER. Yes.
QUESTION 4. Are you married or single? ANSWER. Married
QUESTION 5. If married, of whom does your family consist?
ANSWER. wife and nine children.
