A 360-degree view of the Education Center parking lot. There is a light brown brick building covered in green banners. The parking lot has a few cars.
The Education Center was built as part of the Mission 66 initiative to create and improve visitor centers for the 50th year of the National Park Service. This building was completed in 1962 just in time to commemorate the centennial of the Homestead Act of 1962. The green banners located around the building commemorate some of the well known descendants of Homesteaders.
