Small white and yellow daisies on flattened green leaves and stems
Townsend’s Daisy (Townsendia annua) is a small annual member of Asteraceae (Aster Family). The yellow center of disc flowers are surrounded by white ray flowers (sometimes with a hint of pink or purple) and rise on short stems. The spatulate leaves and spreading stems are covered with hair.
