The current toilet facility are inadequate, inappropriate and only minimally accessible to the handicapped. The chemical toilets are unsightly and, due to their limited capacity, unsanitary during periods of heavy visitation. Their maintenance creates an odor and traffic problem and they encourage vandalism. They do not meet the expectations of the visitors nor the standards of the adjacent public facilities in the case of FT Point.
