1 of 90 Monuments to New York. Indicates position held from 6:00 AM July 2, 1863 until 2:00 AM July 4, 1863. Position Marker locates area held by Co. I of regiment July 2 & 3, 1863. LF&RF markers 103' & 105' N-S of Mn. Mn located Culp's Hill summit. || Mn & 3 markers. Base 7'sq rough-cut, tooled edge. 2 part shaft, 1st: bronze state medallion, 2nd: smooth face front & rear w/polished excised inscriptions, rough-cut sides. Pryamid top w/excised star. All 12'4"H.
