2010 Kemp's ridley sea turtle project at Padre Island National Seashore (for NRC)

Kemp’s ridley nesting is increasing and 74 Kemp’s ridley nests were located at the park during 2010. The public was invited to attend 23 hatchling releases in 2010 and more than 5,000 people attended.
