Fossil Cycadeoid and Herbivorous Dinosaur

"Cycadeoidea pulcherrima" is an example of an extinct group of seed plants known as cycadeoids. These plants lived during the Cretaceous. A small dinosaur known as "Hypsilophodon wielandi" is shown with the cycadeoid Fossils of "Cycadeoidea" are known from an abolished national monument that was called Fossil Cycad National Monument, South Dakota.
