Located on NW corner of intersection of Emmitsburg & Wheatfield Rds. || All members cylindrical. Tapered rough-hewn base, 16'4'in circum. at bottom. Smooth shaft, 12' in circum. All 11'5" high. Raised inscriptions panels, Bronze State seal on E. Rough & smooth striped dome cap w/ 4 sided-diamond finial.
