4' 5" by 2' by 5' high slab of quarry-face granite with rounded top and smooth-faced inscribed panel on the front. Dedicated to Union prisoners from Delaware, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, New Hampshire, Vermont, and West Virginia.
