Images were contracted by the NPS Office of the Chief Information Officer as part of a larger project to add images of all Civil War monuments to the NPS Civil War Soldiers and Sailors System

U.S. National Park Service
44" x 24" x 52", rectangular gray granite monument with a bronze inscription tablet attached to its slanted face. Tablet has decorative border of stars and tells of Tilghman's death in the Battle of Champion's Hill.
