Mn: 8'5"x7'5" base, 16'4"H. Stepped base to polished & finished stepped stone shaft, pryamidal cap w/ trefoil finial. Excised inscription, bronze bas-relief, medallion, & tablets. RF&LF markers: 1'sq x 1'10"H
