Marks position held by 11 Pennsylvania Infantry on afternoon of July 1, 1863 when attacked by Baxter's Brigade. 1 of 110 Mns in Park to PA commands in Gettysburg Campaign. Located on W side of Doubleday Ave near Oak Hill. || Mn & 2 flank markers, smooth base, 5'2"x5'. Base mounted w/ bronze regimental dog. Rough & smooth shaft, 3'2"x3', w/ mounted bronze inscription tablets & topped w/ bronze figure of infantryman. Total Mn 13'3" high. Flank markers 1'x1'x1'6".
