Stump pulling at Cedar Bar
A pulley set-up attached to a piece of a large log. Tall trees are in the background.
"Stump pulling at Cedar Bar", undated. Photograph shows simple tools used for pulling stumps. Title taken from writing on original envelope for glass plate negative. This negative was made into a print that is in the Davis family photograph album (0016.02.01.001_004). Blurring and losses in image are due to degradation of the photographic emulsion. Davis Family Collection, Series II: Photographs, Subseries C: Glass Plate Negatives, File 068.
