1 of 110 Monuments to Pennsylvania. Indicates position held by regiment after relieving soliders of Geary's Division. LF&RF markers 19'&43' N-S of mn, respectively. Mn located W side Slocum Avenue. || Mn & 2 flank markers. Mn base 6'x3'9" smooth cut. Shaft of smooth cut & polished faces w/incised inscriptions & sculpted knapsacks to sides. Bronze medallion at top. Topped w/tapering cap & Corps symbol. All 12'7"H. Markers 1'sq x 1'6."
