The National Park Service presented a Bright Star Touring Theatre production, “Lift Every Voice, The Black Experience in the Heartland.” The play celebrated the National Park Service Centennial (2016) and African American history in the Midwest. One of the play's actors with River Raisin National Battlefield Park's beaver mascot.
