Snapping Turtle Floats Along

Be on the lookout for the park’s largest turtle whenever you are near a pond, lake, or wetland. The common snapping turtle is fond of floating along waiting for a snack. In addition to its size, this predator can be identified by a powerful beak and spikes on its neck.
