1 of 90 Monuments to New York. Monument to Meade's bodyguard troop. Located W side Taneytown Rd, N of Leister House (Meade's Headquarters). || MN base 7'7"x3' of rough cut stone. Shaft rough cut stone w/gable peak. Front incised w/excised greek key motiff, center bronze tablet, at peak is bronze medallion. All 13'9" H.
