Brent Wesley, aka Wesley the Keeper, started Akron Honey in 2013. He raises honeybees in the city and harvests their honey without filtering or straining. This portrait is named for a dark variety made in the Middlebury neighborhood. Wesley educates schoolchildren to save bees by avoiding pesticides and not mowing wildflowers. Akron, 2016
