North Inscription

U.S. National Park Service

Of Barre, VT, granite, the 7' x 3'6" base supports block w/ pedimented cap for total height of 6'4". Corners are articulated as pilasters w/ acanthus leaf capitals; muskets carved in bas relief. "OHIO" & the inscription are in raised lettering.
