APIS, Devils Island Boathouse
The boathouse was raised up and all deteriorated foundation material was replaced or like new Material was spliced into the old. Floor joist were also replaced or spliced. The grounds the north of the boathouse was contoured to prevent runoff from compromising the building. The doors and windows were repaired. The exterior was painted.
