FOUNDATION WORK AND REPAIRS AT THE HISTORIC BAILLY BRICK HOUSE
The work of this contract consisted of extending the foundation of the historic two-story Bailly Brick House to below the frost line, re-plumbing the building which was approximately 11 inches out of alignment over the entire two stories, and installing a foundation drain.
