Formal Road Frontage
View across the lawn to the flagpole, trees, and broad two-story mansion with many windows.
Bellefield. The formal area surrounding the mansion and facing the road is dominated by a sweeping lawn, tree-lined entry drive, and views of the Colonial Revival style mansion. Although its function has changed and it is now used as park administrative offices rather than as a country home, the mansion grounds retain their overall historic appearance.
