Dear Sirs:
The Indiana Gettysburg Memorial Commission, of which I am a member, will be in Gettysburg for the purpose of looking over the Gettysburg Battlefield to select a site for an Indiana Memorial, on Friday, May 16, and Saturday, May 17, 1969.
Will you kindly send me a map of the Battlefield and of any known location where Indiana men fought in the Battle of Gettysburg.
I will be leaving Mishawaka, Indiana early in the morning of May 15, 1969, and have reservations at the Howard Johnson Motor Lodge on business route #15 in Gettysburg.
Any information you can send to me will be greatly appreciated.
Very truly yours,

Margaret L. Colclesser
