Big Meadows Station (Wayside) viewed from southwest as approaching on Skyline Drive. Entrance road combined in spring 1942 with access road to lodge, campground, picnic grounds and utillity area. Flagstone terrace added to center portion of building next to the Drive to provide space for tables for visitors served light fast lunches. Near MP 51. Date taken: June 4, 1938, (4001-009-05-10946)
