Bluffs Coffee Shop and Service Station - Doughton Park. Construction of the gas station and coffee shop was completed in 1949, and little development has occurred at the site since that time. The parkway, parking areas, and walkways were all built during the first three periods of parkway development and contribute to its historic significance. Although the picnic area is neglected, the feeling of a high-use concession area for parkway visitors is the same.
