Historic Black and White image of men standing the 1916 Mascot Saloon
Celebrating the grand re-opening of the newly renovated Mascot Saloon. Up front and center is Albert Reinert, proud owner of Skagway’s longest-lived saloon (1898-1916). The Mascot has been restored to this time period by the National Park Service and is now open as an exhibit of saloon and city life during the early post Klondike gold rush years.
