Marks position of part of 102nd Pennsylvania Infantry (103 men were guarding supply trains in Westminster) on July 3, 1863. 1 of 110 mns in Park to PA commands at Gettysburg. Located on E side of Althoff/Weikert Farm Lane in Plum Rum Valley. || Mn & 2 flank markers. Rough & polished, 2-layered, base, 5'1" sq. Shaft 2'10" sq. All 10'5" high. Shaft in form of tree trunk w/ military accoutrements, corps insignia & draped flag. Bronze State seal on W face. Flank markers, 3-sided, 1'x1'x1'.
