30 || 15' h granite monument; 2-stepped base, with 10' wide slab above supporting reclining male lion. Bronze plaque on front of slab, regiment name & clover leaf, the 2nd Corps badge, in relief on rough-dressed base. Located on E side Hagerstown Bypass. || Built in 1900; designed by A. O.Connor
