Located on E of N Reynolds Ave, N of RR cut on 1st Day Battlefield. || Mn, 2 flank markers, 1 position marker. Rough base, 7'sq. Smooth shaft w/ apex top & encircled number, all 15'8" high. Bronze state seal & accoutermonts attached. Flanks, rough, flat tops, 1'x1'x6". Position marker polished w/ incised text.
