York at 10/4 cents pr lb.The Cotton C. agree to pay said Almy Patterson & Co & R P Hunt for every thing they have on hand when the Mill is sold or when they want the Mill after 1 of May next the same prices for every thing then Inventoried [no?] within, should the price of Cotton be then higher or lower the differance to be made accordingly J L Limdy”
