An eagle fledgling hangs upside-down from a tree branch. Its yellow talons are wrapped the brown branch to keep the fledgling from falling. The eagle's body stretches downward and its wings splay out on either side. Its wing and tail feathers both catch the sunlight that breaks through the green, summer leaves. The fledgling's head cranes downwards with its beak pointing straight down as though looking at something below.
We may have a trapeze artist in our midst. This eaglet decided to have some fun and test its strength upside-down on one of the tree branches.
