GREY CLOTH FLAT CROWN OF HAT WITH A GREY FRONT PEAK AND BLUE BRAID AROUND THE CIRCUMFERENCE OF THE HAT. BLACK LEATHER CURVED FRONT BRIM WITH A BLACK LEATHER STRIP ABOVE ON THE FRONT OF THE BLUE BRAID. THE LEATHER STRIP IS AFFIXED WITH ONE GOLD-COLORED CIRCULAR PIECE OF METAL AT EACH END. IMPRESSED ON THE METAL IS (IMMIGRATION, US, SERVICE). INSIDE THE HAT IS GOLD CLOTH W/(BROOKS...) PRINTED ON IT. A CLEAR SQUARE OF PLASTIC IS PARTIALLY SEWN AT THE CENTER WITH A PIECE OF PAPER: (BROOKS UNIFORM CO.) INSIDE. "7" IS PRINTED OM THE INSIDE OF THE HAT.
