Located approx 300' N of Brian Farm House, W side of Hancock in Ziegler Grove. || Mn, 6'10" sq base, 14'H, rough-cut, tooled edge shaft w/ 2'4"x3'11" tapered bronze tablet front, PA coat of arms reverse. Topped w/ bronze statue of General Hays. Erosion thru visitation at base.
