Hunt Dear Sir yours of the 10th [inst?] is at hand and contens noted the Bill of [illegible] to was not forgotten but I did not Send you the bill because it was a hard one for me I Paid cartage there 1/ - freight on R R 2/ cartage here 1/ making 4/ - I made on the batting after deducting Sack 2/ So you see after the cartage was paid I was 2/ behind the Sheeting I bought I did not care so much for because I purchased after I sold two bales here at a less price. But the interest on the $5 96/100 will amt to the 2/ by this time So I Send you the enclosed Six dollars that will pay the Bill & postage on this letter and balance the a/c I will call and See the Sheeting when next in the city of Waterloo Your Most Respt A.W.
