LIBI_00019_00280; Item 1 is an original albumen cabinet card of Lieutenant Colonel George A. Custer in civilian dress. The subject is shown in three-quarter length seated view. The photograph is 4 x 6" (4 1/4 x 6 1/2" mounted on mint green mount with gilded edge) and was produced circa 1874 by Huntington of Taylor's Gallery in St. Paul, Minnesota. On the verso, a handwritten notation in pencil reads, "Taken at St. Paul June 1874." The photographer's stamp is printed in gold ink.Item 2 is an enlarged a reproduction print of the albumen cabinet card of Lieutenant Colonel George A. Custer in civilian dress.
