Original Caption: "Born in America where "all men are created free and equal," nevertheless he was taken from his home, placed in a center, subjected to influences which caused him to renounce his citizenship -- even though he asked cancelation of his request almost immediately -- here he has reached the ultimate in the chain -- registration as an alien.
