Construction work on the learning center. Learning Center is concrete rectangular building parital complete

Continued work on the roof and exterior and interior wall framing. Initial paving of the parking lot and sidewalks is complete. The Flight Path is located directly in from of the Learning Center, between the building and the large yellow construction vehicle.
