1 of 110 Monuments to Pennsylvania. Indicates engagement by regiment morning of July 3, 1863 when re-taking previous fortifications. LF&RF markers 189'&46' E-W of Mn, respectively. Mn located W side Slocum Avenue near Williams Avenue. || Mn & 2 flank markers. Mn base 4'sq. smooth cut. Monolithic shaft w/polished faces incised inscriptions all 4 faces. Pryamidal cap. All 6'8"H. Markers 10"sq x 1'H.
