Cuyahoga Valley National Park (CVNP) and Cuyahoga Valley National Park Association present Get Up, Get Out & Go!, a campaign introducing recreational opportunities along the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail in Akron and the national park. The program targets residents in the urban neighborhoods surrounding the Towpath Trail in Akron which is a part of the larger Ohio & Erie Canalway, a national heritage area. Get Up, Get Out & Go! serves as an invitation for kids 11 to 14 years old and their families to give the Towpath Trail a try and to venture further along the trail into CVNP. || Visitors listen to an Akron youth marching band at the Get Up, Get Out, Go! kickoff event in June 2007.
