Located E side Hancock Ave S of US Regulars Mn. || Mn, base 3'6.5"sq. 3 part shaft. 1st part polished face w/incised letters. 2nd polished faces w/incised inscriptions all sides. 3rd finished stone obelisk. Topped by granite ball. All 11'3"H. Moved to present in-line location 1888-89.
