Structure Number: 67 || Rough-dressed base & pedestal w/smooth granite column w/eagle on top. Column has fluted capital w/band of stars. State seal flanked by palm branches at base. Relief text on front & rear of pedestal on smooth panels. Located on E side Branch Ave. || Built in 1903 possibly by the State of Ohio
