PISC-Damaged Well System at National Colonial Farm, January 6, 2009
The 30-40 year old well system has malfunctioned innumerable times and continues to leave hundreds of gallons of water standing in the tank with the pumps. In addition, there are several breaks in the water lines feeding the pumps from the well and from the sump pumps.
