Repair portions of Deteriorating Tidal Basin Seawall
The Tidal Basin seawall is missing stones, has failing storm drain outfalls, and is so low on the southwest side that it is overtopped weekly and in sometimes of the year, daily. Depending on the day, visitors must wade on the seawall sidewalk, walk uphill around the water, or walk through debris. Reason for or significance of image: the who, what, where, when, why and how
