E side of Buford Ave. || Mn & 2 flank markers. Hewn & smooth. Base, 8'6"x4'7", stelae w/ raised letters 10'7" high. Bronze relief, 5'6"x5'2", insignia & bronze NY seal 1'9" dia all on W. Portrait 1'9", info tablet 1'11"x5'3" on E. Flank Markers 1'x1'x1'5". Sword is broken.
