Image Description Transcribed document reads: United States Land Office Kingfisher, Ok. Ty., December 22, 1890. M Calvin Burford Hennessey, Ok. Sir: Your homestead entry No. 5587 covering NW4 quarter section section 30 township 18 north, range 5 west, I. M., is suspended by the commissioners of the General Land Office, for the reason that at the time said Entry was made, no affidavit as required by the act of Congress, approved August 30, 1890 was filed with said Entry. You are required to furnish, and file at this office within Thirty days from receipt hereof the Enclosed form 4-102 b of affidavit. This affidavit may be Executed before any officer in the Territory using a seal. You may come before us if you desire. I am Respectfully, [signature] J C Robberts Register
