Long House archaeological dwelling site following the Pony Fire, Mesa Verde National Park, August 2000
Long House is the second longest cliff dwelling site at Mesa Verde. While it did not sustain damage during the Pony Mesa fire directly, a bridge leading to the site was destroyed and fires burned right up to the edge of the ruins.
