Mr. Richard P. Hunt
Sir
I enclose you eight Dollars to pay on the Judgments you have against me before Squire Burton this all I have now, but I will make out the balance due on it, in a short time – say by the 15th of october next
I am yours Respectfully Henry Van Riper”
