Marks generally the line held by the Maine Sharpshooters on July 2, 1863. The skirmish line reached from the Slyder farm to Rose Farm. 1 of 9 mns in Park to US Sharpshooters. || Smooth apex topped monolith, 2'6" square, 3'3" high, on rough hewn base, 3'4" square, 1'6" high. All 4'9" high. Inscription cut into N face.
