Japanese Pagoda at Farragut Square. This Japanese Pagoda Tree (Sophora japonica) is located in Farragut Square part of the National Mall and Memorial Parks. It has cultural significance and is considered a "Witness Tree" or "Notable Tree." This photo was taken in conjunction with a 2018 Witness Tree project spearheaded by the George Washington Memorial Parkway (GWMP).
