Dear Mr. Harrison:
I plan to go to New York around the middle of July and expect to be in Gettysburg on July 15, 1969. We inquire if it would be possible to meet with you on Tuesday, July 15 in respect to clarifying some of the facts in respect to Indiana’s participation in the Battle of Gettysburg. There seems to be some conflict in some of the facts, and we thought it best to confer with you in advance before relying upon certain sources which appear to be in conflict.
We look forward to seeing you at that time if it is convenient for you.
Respectfully yours,
GETTYSBURG MEMORIAL COMMISSION
